Cancellation Policy
You are responsible for canceling your scheduled appointments 24 hours in advance of the appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee. You will be billed directly for late cancellations or no-shows, subject to the full session fee amount. The minimum cancellation/no show fee is $80.00. Please be advised, even if you have insurance this fee will be your responsibility.
*If you have BCBS please contact your insurance to verify you have mental health coverage, and there is no external provider outside of BCBS!
*If you do not have the listed insurances, and wish to see me utilizing your insurance, you can. I would be an Out of Network provider, which means you would pay out of pocket at the time of service delivery, then submit it to your insurance directly for reimbursement. Any reimbursement funds will be sent directly to you from your insurance company IF approved.
