Trelle the Therapist, is a millennial therapist with a unique way of connecting with people. Bringing spice, transparency, & gentleness together, to provide a safe place for BIPOC to heal & rediscover themselves. 

She is a licensed professional counselor in the DFW area (Dallas, Tx). With a consistent blend of education, training, life experiences, and spiritual growth & wellness - you can bet on her to be competent, insightful, & relatable.  

Trelle is a trained Brainspotting therapist, who specializes in helping individuals heal their traumas, develop self-esteem and identity, and release generational barriers.

From the trenches to the chair, Trelle is one not only coming from teachings in the classrooms but also by life. Meeting her clients where they are, is a priority. As she knows what it is like to be met with judgment instead of curiosity & openness, shame instead of grace & autonomy, rejection instead of acceptance & love, and the list goes on.

Services provided by Trelle the Therapist are; individual therapy, family/couple therapy, group therapy, spiritual guidance & wellness, Brainspotting, & EMDR. Her trauma-focused approach allows for an in-depth holistic healing process for her clients.
